Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Evoke Desires is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery-related issues. 

 

Please ensure that your shipping address entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once opened. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@evokedesires.com
  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns will be refunded, and a new order may be placed if desired.

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or promotional items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
